Course Details : The course teaches food service managers and food handlers how to protect against foodborne illness outbreaks, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality. This package includes an exam review presentation(5-6 hour Zoom Course), DSG's instructional videos (Original Content Coming Soon!), handouts, questions and answers, exam, and certificates for those that successfully pass the exam. The exam is a national recognized exam and is issued by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals(NRFSP). It will be administered in person (ONLINE EXAMS COMING SOON) by an Industry Professional and an affiliate of NRFSP. The exam will consist of 80 questions, with a MAXIMUM of 2 hours to complete the exam. A score of 75% is required to receive your certification, it will take exactly 2 weeks to receive your test results via mail to the address provided. If a student requires a re-test due to a failure the student should email Definitive Safety Group with proof of purchase and a 1 TIME re-test will be scheduled for $45.
